Three Notre Dame Prep students, Richie Frost, Chase Glasser and Anthony VanDieren, all ninth graders, were the JV winners of the National History Bowl regional competition held at Detroit Catholic Central this past Saturday. Top-seeded NDP knocked off Walled Lake Northern to secure the JV title. Their win qualifies them for the national competition to be held in Washington, DC, on April 26 and 27.

In addition, Glasser and VanDieren were finalists in the National History Bee individual competition, held the same day, where Glasser placed second and VanDieren placed in the top eight. Both boys qualified for the National History Bee competition, which also is held in Washington on April 26 and 27.
