The Notre Dame Fund, which officially kicked off its new campaign on Nov. 1, 2016, with the theme, "Once, (for Every Student, Every Day)," has met a major milestone this week as it went over $250,000 in donations.
Goal/Gifts to date:
$15,000 – 1/1
$10,000 – 6/15
$5,000 – 8/25
$,2500 – 10/25
$1,000 – 37/100
$500 – 25/100
$250 – 30/200
$10-250 – 187/534
Gregory Simon, who manages the NDF for the school, said the fund is well on its way to meeting the overall goal of raising $600,000, which also would be a big milestone for the school.
For Notre Dame’s many generous benefactors, it takes a contribution to The Notre Dame Fund "just once" during the school’s fiscal year (July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017) to make a huge difference in sustaining the school’s mission.
“We’ve been saying that contributing to the NDF just once will help improve the lives of more than 1,100 young people and help them become Christian people, upright citizens and academic scholars,” Simon added.
