Two new scoreboards were installed in Notre Dame’s main gymnasium this past summer, thanks to the generosity of the school community and the athletic department’s Booster Club.

According to NDPMA Athletic Director Betty Wroubel, the $30,000 project was the culmination of a lot of work and planning combined with a number of thoughtful benefactors.

“This is still another example of members of our generous community coming through to help get a big project completed,” she said. “We thank them as well as our Booster Club, which also played a huge role in funding the scoreboard."

The new scoreboards, one of which features a full-color 3 ft. by 8 ft. programmable LED video display, are larger than the previous scoreboards, require much less maintenance and are easier to operate.
