On Sunday, March 26, a multi-choir concert is being planned by Notre Dame’s chorale music department. According to Ellie Frazier, who assists Director of Choirs David Fazzini, the concert will be held in the auditorium of Avondale High School and will feature student-singers from both the middle and upper divisions. It begins at 4 p.m. and there is no charge to attend.
“All of the high school choirs will be singing on Sunday,” said Frazier. “The Freshman Choir, Women's Chorus, Men's Glee Club, Chamber Choir, and the 9th Hour Choir. Notre Dame’s middle division will be singing with the 6th through 8th grades represented together. There also will be a number of soloists featured and students who participated in the MSVMA Solo and Ensemble event in January will have the opportunity to perform one of their songs.”
She said the students are really looking forward to the concert. “They hope to see many in the Notre Dame community in attendance on Sunday,” she added.
