Notre Dame Students Help Out (and Have Fun) at Angel’s Place Homes

Notre Dame's Justice Service Awareness Committee sponsored by Campus Ministry hosted a "game night" at two Angel's Place homes on Friday, Feb 27. Nine high school girls with parent chaperones visited the Pinecenter women's home in West Bloomfield and enjoyed an evening with residents painting nails and playing games. At the same time, six high school boys from NDP engaged in an evening of fun games at the neighboring Saddlewood men's home. They were joined by Campus Minister Della Lawrence and Marist 4th-grader Madeline Lawrence.

The students participating in this service experience took on full leadership for planning and implementing all activities, including bringing a dessert to share. A fun time was had by all!
