Notre Dame Prep's equestrian team had a strong finish over the weekend, taking third place at a competition held Sunday at the Oakland County Fairgrounds in Davisburg.
Notre Dame Prep's equestrian team competes in the Michigan Interscholastic Horsemanship Association (MIHA) against other district 2 schools, including Armada, Brandon, Clarkston, Dryden, Goodrich, Imlay City, International Academy, Lake Orion, Lapeer East, Lapeer West, Marian, Oxford, Rochester, Rochester Adams, Romeo, Sacred Heart, Shrine and Stoney Creek.
The MIHA consists of twenty districts statewide with more than 340 teams and 1,900 riders competing statewide.
