A new video library made available by International Baccalaureate is designed to help school communities discover and share the IB experience. This series introduces viewers to a global network of engaged, passionate teachers and learners, working toward a common goal: education for a better world.
The series includes three vignettes below on how IB programs prepare students for the future.
NOTE: Notre Dame Preparatory School and Marist Academy offers a curriculum centered on the International Baccalaureate Program, a rigorous academic program that leads to the globally recognized International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma. It is the only Catholic school in the United States with all three IB curriculum levels: PYP, MYP and DP.
IB-PYP Video: Listen to students tell how they’ve become stronger, more caring and courageous in the PYP. The learner profile encourages the development of these social and emotional skills, among others. . .
IB-MYP Video: The MYP focuses on learning in authentic contexts. In this video, an MYP teacher and student describe how this approach makes learning more relevant and applicable outside of the classroom. . .
IB-DP Video: Students and educators tell how the DP helps learners become more resilient, confident and capable. The program encourages the development of self-management skills and reflection. . .

About Notre Dame Preparatory School and Marist Academy
