Golf Takes 2nd at Regionals, Advances to State Final

The Notre Dame Boys Varsity Golf team took second overall at the MHSAA regional tournament held at Calderone Golf Club in Grass Lake. The Irish finished with a team score of 302, placing only behind East Lansing (293). Jackson Stowe tied for second place overall amongst individual golfers by recording a 68. Other top finishers for the Irish were Greg Turner (77), AJ Carlson (78), Bryce Baringer (79), and Kyle Lindsey (84). Irish Advance Past Regina in Opening Round

Notre Dame advanced past Regina in a battle of top-10 ranked girls soccer teams in the opening round of the MHSAA playoffs by a score of 3-1. The teams had played a combined 180 scoreless minutes during their first two meetings this season and much of the first half seemed to mirror the previous matchups. Notre Dame Advances 12 to State Finals

At the MHSAA Division 2 Regional held at South Lyon East High School, Notre Dame’s track and field teams qualified 12 athletes for the state finals, including four individual regional champions across five events. In addition, new standards were set as four NDP records were broken. The all-senior sprint relay team of Aidan Schurig, Patrick Anger, Brendan O’Sullivan, and Matthew Durkin continued their record setting ways by breaking their own recently set school records in the 4x100m and 4x200m relays.
