Irish Sweep North Branch for Regional Title

The Notre Dame Varsity Volleyball team won its third consecutive and 11th overall Regional Title as they downed North Branch 26-24, 25-9, 25-17 to improve to 47-10-2 on the season. The Irish will advance to the Division Two Quarterfinal match to be held at St Clair Community College on Tuesday against Regina. Football Bests Brandon, Claims First District Title Since 2004

The Notre Dame Varsity Football team captured its first District Title since 2004 and second overall, coming away with a win over Ortonville Brandon 54-40. After recovering a fumble deep in Brandon territory the Irish wasted little time jumping out to a lead as Jacob Bendtsen found Ethan Johnson for an eight-yard touchdown. Irish Top DCDS to Take District Title

In a battle of Top Ten team in Division Two, the Notre Dame Varsity Volleyball team won its 22nd district title in 26 years with a 25-20, 25-16, 25-13 win over Detroit Country Day. The final match point for the Irish came on a block by Sara Nouhan as the Irish used a solid defense to slow down the high-powered Yellowjacket offense.
