Swimmers Get Win Over Brandon

The Notre Dame Boys Varsity Swimming team made their way to Brandon High School on Tuesday evening to meet the Blackhawks. The “Mighty 6,” as they are becoming known as after beating Holly, who had 18 swimmers, went on to claim their second victory in three meets, clipping Brandon 75-39. Season best times were recorded by Sophomore Miguel Martinez, dropping 1.1 seconds in the 50 freestyle, and Junior Giuseppe Fregoli, dropping 1.87 seconds in his 100 freestyle. Irish Take First at Oakland County Invite

The Notre Dame Varsity Competitive Cheer team came out on top on at the Oakland County Championship Invitational held at Stoney Creek, competing against schools in the Division Two bracket. The Notre Dame cheerleaders started off strong with a score of 230.5 in round one and kept soaring with scores of 222.82 and 308.7 in rounds two and three.
