Irish Sweep North Branch for Regional Title

Notre Dame Varsity Volleyball, ranked second in division two, defeated fourth-ranked North Branch 25-20, 25-19, 25-23 to win their second straight regional title and advance to the MHSAA quarterfinals. The Irish (62-5) hit .502 as a team to top a very strong Bronco team led by Miss Volleyball candidate Allyson Severance and have now won 52 straight matches overall. Irish Top Cranbrook For 12th Straight District

Notre Dame Varsity Volleyball defeated Cranbrook in straight sets 25-10, 25-11, 25-9 to win their 12th straight MHSAA district title and their 21st overall in the program’s 25-year history. The Irish got out to early leads in all three sets and never looked back. The trio of seniors for Notre Dame, including Miss Volleyball finalists Maddy Chinn and Natalie Risi led the Irish squad. Staskowski Takes Third Title, Irish Place 5th

The Notre Dame Girls Golf team placed 5th out of 18 schools at the MHSAA Division Three State Finals held at Michigan State University’s Forest Akers East over the weekend. The Irish were in 7th place following Friday’s round, shooting a 369, before finishing on Saturday with a 356 for a cumulative total score of 725.
