NOTRE DAME PREPARATORY SCHOOL AND MARIST ACADEMY 2019 FALL ATHLETIC TRYOUT INFORMATION There will be an Athletic Speaker in the NDPMA Cafeteria on Friday August 16th for ALL Students Grades 8-12 at 2:30 and ALL Parents at 5:00. A Fall Athletic Community Pep Rally will follow at 6:30 at Kozyra Alumni Field. All practices or tryouts are at the Notre Dame school main campus unless otherwise noted. Softball Takes District on Walk-Off

The Notre Dame Varsity Softball team won its 15th MHSAA District title and first since 2016, defeating Marian 12-4 in the district semifinal and then Detroit Country Day in the district final 7-6 in nine innings. In the championship game, the Irish pushed across four unearned runs in the bottom of the first inning. Lauren Koenig got things started with a two-out double. Boys Golf Takes Second Straight Regional

The Notre Dame Boys Varsity Golf team claimed its second consecutive MHSAA Regional Title. firing a team score of 312 at Fieldstone Golf Course to best second-place Cranbrook and third-place Orchard Lake St. Marys who also advanced to the MHSAA Final. Toby Roth finished with a 74 to place second overall individually while Brian Marx (77) and Eric Marx (78) took fifth and sixth respectively.
