Notre Dame Gets Sweep in Home Quad

After dropping all three matches in a quad a week ago, the Notre Dame Varsity Volleyball team rebounded with three wins to improve to 9-3 on the year. The Irish started off with a win over Rochester 25-10, 25-12. Aly Borellis recorded five aces and eight kills in the match while Sophia Sudzina added six kills. Irish Overcome Linden, Weather to Take Opener

The Notre Dame Varsity Football team began the 2019 season with a come-from-behind win over Linden High School 27-19 in a game that spanned two days as a result of a weather delay. The Eagles jumped out to an early 13-0 lead, scoring on a short drive following an interception in Irish territory and returning a sack-fumble for a touchdown. Cross Country Starts Year at MI Catholic Invite

Both the Notre Dame Boys and Girls Cross Country teams began their 2019 seasons at the Michigan Catholic Invitational held at St. Francis Retreat Center in Dewitt. The Boys team placed sixths while the Girls finished in fifth. James Ohlsson (17:40) and Eli Seitzinger (17:57) both medaled for the Irish on the Boys side while Nathan Vogel, Adam Martin and Evan Wells also scored.
