The Notre Dame Varsity Wrestling team had six wrestlers advance to the second day of the Oakland County Individual Tournament, the most the program has had in its history. Tim Gale, Nick Gale, Alec Gaboury, Stephen Romero, John Paul Terzano, and Logan Hand all placed in the top-8 on Friday and qualified for the championship rounds on Saturday. Terzano placed fourth in his weight class in the tournament, which featured over 40 other teams.
Over the weekend, the 5/6 Girls Basketball team went 3-0 to finish first place in the Shrine Thanksgiving Tournament. Notre Dame Marist won the first place game 16-10 over the Royal Oak Shrine Knights. Congratulations!
The Notre Dame Varsity Volleyball team took its 10th consecutive district title and 19th in the 23-year history of the program with a 25-18, 25-16, 25-10 sweep of Lutheran North. The Irish, now 52-9-6, used a balanced attack to take down the Mustangs. Gabby Shilling had an outstanding game hitting .500 with 11 kills and 3 blocks.
