Girls Cross Country, Seitzinger Qualify for State Finals

The Notre Dame Girls Varsity Cross County team finished in third place at the MHSAA Region 16-2 finals, qualifying for states in the process. Ohlsson was the overall winner of the girls race with a time of 19:11, adding a Regional Championship and a third All-Region award to her resume. Ohlsson beat the nearest competitor by nearly 50 seconds. Irish Take Mount Morris Title

Notre Dame Varsity Volleyball improved to 33-8-2 as they won the Mount Morris tournament, their third tournament title of the season. The Irish went 6-0 without dropping a set on the day. Notre Dame opened play with a 25-22, 25-14 victory over Grosse Pointe South. Josie Bloom scored 10 serving points (including two aces) and had a team-high eight digs. Boys Take First, Girls Second at Oakland County Championship

The Oakland County Cross Country Championships were held at the very challenging Kensington Metropark Possum Hollow course. The county meet includes all of the powerhouse schools from both Division One and Division Two, who compete together. Jenny Ohlsson finished in seventh place overall in the girls race, first among Division Two schools.
