Sports physicals available on June 10 at NDP
On June 10 from 12:00pm to 2:00pm student-athletes can get their yearly sports physical on NDP’s campus. Dr. Rifat, a board certified Sports Medicine specialist and current Team Physician for US Figure Skating, will conduct physicals for a fee of $25.00. Students who are under the age of 18 and do not have a parent present with them at the time of the physical, must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian. The Michigan High School Athletic Association requires student-athletes to have a valid physical dated after April 15 in order to participate for the following school year.
Limited appointments are available. Please call Mary Jo Leseman in the athletic office at 248-373-9647 to make an appointment. Student-athletes should meet in the athletic triangle prior to appointment. Checks should be made out to NDPMA.
