The Notre Dame Varsity Volleyball team improved to 36-10-2 with a three game sweep over visiting Powers Catholic. Currently ranked fifth in Division Two, the Irish never trailed as they came out on top 25-15, 25-16, 25-16 on senior night.
The seniors played important roles in the Irish victory with Theresa Carrier bringing home nine kills while adding three blocks and Emily Mohr finishing perfect on attacking, including the match winner. Sophia Sudzina and Aly Borellis led the Notre Dame attack with 10 kills while Olivia Kowalkowski had a team-high 14 digs.
