Notre Dame Gets Big Road Win at Liggett

The Notre Dame Boys Varsity Lacrosse traveled to University Liggett and came away with a big 15-2 victory. The Irish dominated the entire field, winning most face-offs and ground ball attempts while taking almost five times as many shots as the Knights.

The defensive effort was led by Will Caton (five ground balls), Andrew Romzick (four), Nick Wagner (three) and Andrew McGhee (two).

Scoring for the Irish was Spencer Wittebort (five goals, one assist), Max Stowe (four goals and four assists), Caton (two goals, three assists), Nick Pollack (one goal, one assist)and Logan Currie (one goal, one assist) with Ethan Johnson and Jack Risi each chipping in a goal.

Goalie Antonio Popp had a quiet but efficient game stopping three of the five shots he faced.
