NDPMA SPRING ATHLETIC TRYOUT INFORMATION
The NDPMA Spring Athletic Parent Meeting is Tuesday, March 13th @ 7:00pm for ALL sports and levels.
Monday March 12th is the first official day of practice for all Notre Dame Prep and Marist Academy sports – weather and facility availability permitting. All tryouts are at the Notre Dame Prep High School main campus unless otherwise noted. All athletes must be registered at NDPMA and have a physical on file dated after April 15, 2017 in order to participate.
All athletes are required to have a physical dated on or after April 15, 2017 on file in the ATHLETIC OFFICE in order to tryout.

NDP Boys & Girls Track
There are no cuts in this program.Practice begins on Monday March 12th from 4:00-6:00 – meet in the athletic triangle at the high school. Dress in layers and bring water. Depending on weather, the team is expected to practice at Lutheran Northwest from 4-6:30pm for the rest of the week. High school athletes will begin running at Oakland University after spring break. There is an anticipated rental fee of $60 per athlete this season – student accounts will be billed.

Marist Academy Grades 5-8 Boys and Girls Track
There are no cuts in this program. Practice begins on Monday March 12th from 3:30-5:00 on the NDP Campus – Please meet in the Grimaldi Center. Practices later in the season will continue at Lutheran Northwest High School. There is an anticipated rental fee of $25 per athlete this season – student accounts will be billed.

NDP Boys JV and Varsity Lacrosse
Tryouts will take place on Monday March 12 (4:00-6:00), Tuesday March 13 (7:30-9:00), and Wednesday March 14 from (4:00-6:00) at The Sports Garage (782 Denison Court, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302). There is an anticipated rental fee of $125 per athlete this season – student accounts will be billed. Tryout location could change to William Kozyra Alumni Field if weather permits.

Tryouts will take place on Monday March 12th from 8:00-9:00, Thursday March 15 from 3:30-5:00 and Friday March 16 from 3:00-5:00 at Oakland Yard (5328 Highland Road, Waterford, MI 48327) and Tuesday (5:00-6:30) and Wednesday (6:00-7:30) in the Grimaldi Athletic Center. There is an anticipated rental fee of $100 per athlete this season – student accounts will be billed.

Tryouts will take place on Monday March 12th and Tuesday March 13th at the Bloomfield Tennis Club (799 Denison Courtt, Bloomfield Twp, MI 48302) and Thursday March 15th starting at 3:15. Net setup will take place at the NDP Tennis Courts on Wednesday March 14th. Practice on Friday will take place at the Wessen Tennis Club (121 Branch Street, Pontiac, MI 48341) from 1:00-3:00. Student accounts will be billed for indoor court rental time.

Tryouts will take place on Wednesday March 15th and Thursday March 16th. The 7/8 will be in the Grimaldi Athletic Center from 4:30-6:00 and the 5/6 will be in the Grimaldi Center from 4:00-5:30. Players will finish tryouts on the Main Gym Stage batting cages (please pick players up here).

Tryouts will take place on Monday March 12th and Tuesday March 13th in the NDP Gym. 9th and 10th Graders will tryout from 6:00-7:30 and 11th and 12th graders will tryout from 7:30-9:00. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.

Tryouts for the 7/8 team will take place on Monday March 12th, Tuesday March 13th and Friday March 16th from 3:00-4:30. Players should meet at the NDP Main Gym State batting cages at 3:00 and will transition to the Grimaldi Athletic Center at 3:30.
