The Notre Dame Girls Track and Field team placed 5th at the Freeland Invite, scoring 70 team points.
Lexi Case placed first in the 800 and second in the 1600 for the Irish while Jennifer Ohlsson took first in the 3200 and third in the 1600. Lexi Fraser added a fourth place finish in the 3200, Katherine Stacy took eighth in the 800, Emily Mourad was ninth in the 100 and Abigail McDowell was sixth in the 300 hurdles. Mourad added a tenth place finish in the long jump and Mya Fromwiller took second in the high jump.
In relays, the Irish got a first place finish from the 4×800 team of Ohlsson, Stacey, Fraser and Case. The 4×200 team of McDowell, Mourad, Joanna Riss and Fromwiller took sixth and the 4×400 team of Case, McDowell, Riss, Fromwiller took fifth.
