The Notre Dame Varsity Volleyball team fell to Rochester Adams 25-20, 20-25, 23-25, 23-25 to drop their record to 27-8-2. The defeat marks the first loss of the season to an unranked team. Notre Dame held leads in every set but the Highlanders played great defense and had a steady attack, enabling them to go on runs and eventually overtake the Irish.
For Notre Dame, Sophia Sudzina led the offense with14 kills followed by Aly Borellis with 13 kills. Emily Mohr served up 17 points, including six aces, while Josie Bloom had 22 digs, seven points and three aces.
