Bowlers Finish Top-8 at Oakland County

The Notre Dame Girls Varsity Bowling team competed against 26 area teams at the Oakland County Bowling Tournament held at Astro Lanes. The tournament format consisted of three regular games and four baker games with the top-16 team advancing to match play. Cheer Takes Comstock Park Invite

The Notre Dame Varsity Competitive Cheer team came out on top with a solid win at the Comstock Park Invitational. Fighting to get back on top after a third place showing last year, the Irish started the afternoon competition with an impressive Round One score of 230.8 , with Comstock Park in 2nd with a 226.6 and Paw Paw in 3rd with a score of 224.7. NDP volleyball coach Betty Wroubel honored by national organization for hitting win milestone. At the 2017 American Volleyball Coaches Association Convention held in Kansas City, Missouri, last week, longtime Notre Dame volleyball coach Betty Wroubel, right, receives the AVCA 2017 AVCA Victory Club Award from AVCA executive director Kathy DeBoer for getting to 1,400 wins. Wroubel also coaches softball and serves as Notre Dame's athletic director and assistant principal.
