Both the Notre Dame Boys and Girls Cross Country teams began their 2019 seasons at the Michigan Catholic Invitational held at St. Francis Retreat Center in Dewitt.
The Boys team placed sixths while the Girls finished in fifth. James Ohlsson (17:40) and Eli Seitzinger (17:57) both medaled for the Irish on the Boys side while Nathan Vogel, Adam Martin and Evan Wells also scored. For the Girls, Jennifer Ohlsson finished second overall with a time of 19:22 to lead Notre Dame while Lexi Fraser, Tess Censoni, Madison Monaghan and Allison Dawiedczyk rounded out the scoring effort.
